Memorise: Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23-24 KJV

Read: Psalm 139:17-24

In your right judgement of your spiritual standing with God, you should read aloud and meditate on the memory verse above. This is a check on who you are in relation to who God wants you to be. Imagine, if God will search your heart and inner man this morning, what would be the content thereof. You can think about this and return to God for the needful.

Beloved, your life must be void of all forms of wickedness and sinful practices. It’s a bad thing to call you wicked as a child of God. Whether at home, work or even in the congregation of God’s people, the Lord expects you to be correct inside out. Any form of unrighteousness will tarnish your image and right standing with God and that could separate you from divine benevolence without knowing. I don’t know your current state but to get God in the real sense of it, you must get rid of wickedness from your heart and avoid all sinful and wicked practices to your neighbors, coworkers and friends. Ask God to search you out and take away anything that will not allow you to be in right standing with Him at all times.

Pray with me: Father, please correct my wrongdoings and make me live righteously according to your word. Deliver me from every sinful and wicked moves in Jesus’ mighty name.
